Processing Time

All orders are processed same day or within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods such as sales events or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom only.

Express Delivery (UK)

Cost: £7.95
Delivery time: 1-2 business days after dispatch
Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked 24

Free Standard Delivery (UK)

Available on orders over £50
Delivery time: 1-2 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs will apply to resend the order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your package and it is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately at info@almamiacollection.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter promptly.

International Shipping
