RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
Sunglasses and eyewear
Sunglasses and eyewear can be returned within 14 days if unworn, with original tags and packaging intact. Once worn or if packaging is damaged, they cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or defective items
If your item is faulty or defective, we will accept returns regardless of the above conditions. Please contact us at info@almamiacollection.com with photos of the defect within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to initiate a return
To start a return, please contact us at info@almamiacollection.com. We will provide you with return instructions and our return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Promotional codes and discounts
Promotional codes and discount amounts are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for the amount paid after any discounts applied.
UK & European Union 14 day cooling off period
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. This cooling-off period does not apply to non-returnable items listed above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
